Our online classes are run through Zoom and numbers are kept low in all classes to ensure safe and effective training of all participants. Modifications to exercises are given where necessary, and due to the small class numbers and your instructor taking the time to know each participant personally, everyone is able to get the most out of every class regardless of fitness level or ability.
