“After years of inactivity AM Fit has helped me re-discover my love of exercise. AM Fit was recommended by a friend and after signing up for regular boot camps, it took only a couple of weeks to notice a marked increase in fitness, posture and flexibility and sufficient weight loss to drop down a size.
